The Gyu Don 2.0 ($20.90) features succulent, medium rare USDA Prime Roast Beef with served with garlic chips and savoury kombu butter for extra oomph. Otherwise, the Salmon Cha Soba ($22.90), featuring teriyaki-glazed salmon topped with a wobbly onsen egg and ikura is a great alternative.
