Throwback to the weekend before Valentine’s Day💕, we had their CREATION multi-course menu (SGD148++ per pax).☺️

👉Omi Wagyu (+SGD35)
A4 Ribeye, Jus de Veau au Cognac & Beef Jus, Japanese Water Spinach, Kinkan (Kumquat)
📝Tender, juicy & SHIOK too! Expected more but I’d let the marbling speak for itself…

👉Maple Leaf Duck
Duck Breast, Port Wine Sauce, Kuro Mirin, Beni Haruka (Japanese Sweet Potato)
📝The duck breast was so succulent and not gamey at all. Kudos to the chefs!

👉Amadai (Tilefish)
Japanese Sea Bream, Aubergine (Eggplant), Bafun Uni, Uni Sauce, Mala Oil
📝No doubt this was the best dish that impressed us. Fried perfectly until the scales turned crispy without overcooking the flesh, the overall charming combination of the amadai and sea urchin was to die for. Love how the fragrance of the mala oil elevated this palate-pleasing dish!

Valrhona Chocolate Cake, Pistachio Ice Cream, Pistachio Sprinkle, Coffee Tuile, Cherry Sauce, Red-wine Poached Cherry
📝Absolutely love the varying textures and flavours! Hopefully this will be on their menu again…

Financier, Burnt Butter Honey, Almond
📝Light and moist with a slight crisp exterior. But the plating a bit uninspiring IMO😅
