I had dinner with my friend at Enjoy Eating House and Bar (Stevens) on a Wednesday evening. I had the Supreme seafood fried rice while my friend had the Silky egg seafood crispy hor fun. We also ordered Pitan tofu which we really enjoyed. The dish was served chilled, with the century egg paste complementing the tofu really well. The tobiko and crab meat were tasty and savoury. The interior design of the restaurant felt very nostalgic while modern at the same time, bringing me down the memory lane.
