I always love the Kabayaki Unagi. I never tried eels that are cooked in other ways!

1)Live Eel Cooked in Natural Spring Water
The eel is lightly cooked in clear water with ginger, goji Berries and seasalt. Wow I am so impressed. It feels so comforting as I enjoy the tender meaty eel and the delish soup. It is light with the sweetness from the eel.
- Pan-fried Live Eel on Hot Plate
Eel is lightly pan-fried with a bit of oil. Sprinkled with a pinch of salt and drizzle of lemon. The eel is so tender and juicy.
These 2 cooking methods has truly draw out the amazing divine tastes from the eels!
Not forgetting the other amazing classics like the Bian Rou Soup, Shredded Pork with Sesame buns and PUTIEN Lor Mee!
