Trying this somewhat new bakery cafe that had opened at The Midtown for quite a while. Apart from serving up the cupcakes that are on display behind the counter, the bakery cafe serves up a number of mains and dessert under their All Day Breakfast menu.

Save for the desiccated coconut that is drenched in Gula Melaka, the Lava Cake felt more like a white chocolate lava cake than the Ondeh that it was supposed to be. The neon green filling did eagerly flow out of the cake with a cut of the fork but it seemed to lack that slight Pandan flavour that would bring it closer to the Ondeh Ondeh in terms of flavour. Texture-wise, the cake is a little crusty on the exterior; overall not too bad. The "scoop" of Vanilla ice-cream was mediocre however; while its understandably generic, the texture was unfortunately icy, not to mention how clumpy it simply is aesthetically.
