Checking out the buffet dinner
Available at Princess Terrace in @CopthorneKings , which is well known for its Penang Buffet since early 1970s.
Interesting to find live station for Ban Chang Kueh (Peanut Pancake) which was made freshly by a friendly aunty who looked old enough to be my grandma πŸ‘΅πŸ½. The thin skin pancake remained light and crispy even after on the table for quite sometime.
Don’t forget to try the freshly scooped bean curd with gula melaka syrup which had a rather old school feel.
One of the must have items was the Tow Kwa Pok which was bean curd stuffed with minced pork and vegetables. It was rare to find this dish in Singapore these days.
