The idea of this was simple: a thick decadent layer of ricotta with blistered cherry tomatoes and baby spinach leaves atop a slice of sourdough. But somehow, this whole combination was executed so well!! The sourdough was undoubtedly good as it was chewy in the centre with a crunchy toasted crust. However, I was most impressed by the ricotta which was creamy smooth yet still light and not cloying. This is a MUST ORDER while you’re here! πŸ‘πŸΌ
