Hadn't been documenting my lunches for a week and decided to do so for today's lunch at Fortune Centre. Went for the rather Chinese-y dishes at the Muslim stall — found it really interesting that they have Cereal Crispy Fish even. They seem to do their fried fish very well; not particularly dry nor fishy while the cereal does give that umami flavour just like how it would have been at a tzechar stall. The begedil wasn't as crisp as I thought, but did was pretty flavorful and soft; what got me excited was their Rendang Chicken gravy however — very fragrant from the mix of spices they use and not too spicy as well. Apparently this place is quite a hit with office folks nearby; there's a constant queue during lunch hours.
