I love the delicate balance of the yuzu and cream cheese flavours.  The tiny pieces of yuzu peel amplify the citrusy flavour and provide a nice bite and texture to the cake as well.  This is one slice of delight that I don't mind having a second helping of.

This pretty seasonal cake is available till end of May.
