The dish to go for if you’re a mushroom lover! Even though it wasn’t as intense and rich in umami-ness as I expected, really appreciated the variety of mushroom textures that were carefully put together - dehydrated enoki mushrooms, black fungus, shiitake shavings and shimeji mushrooms. It was light, earthy and rather comforting.

Also heard that they’ll be changing up their menu this month!
