I run the MBS loop once in a while, & I've noticed this black & orange food truck fairly often on my evening runs. Naturally, I was very excited when Burpple's invitation to taste The Goodburger came in.

Fun Fact: Not all impossible™ burgers are the same. The "base" Impossible™ meat is the same, but each place has control over what they mix in with it to create their dishes. Fortunately, the ones I've tried so far are delicious & had great texture, so I had high hopes for these burgers.

Their food truck shuttles between Bayfront Link next to Marina Bay Sands (near where the light show/Black Tap is) for weekday dinners, & The Promontory during lunch all week. They're closed on Mondays & may be elsewhere for special events, so check their Instagram/Facebook for the latest updates 😁
