Beautifully oiled and bright red skin encased a dense sweet peanut filling. Ji Xiang’s 𝙋𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙪𝙩 𝘼𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙪 𝙆𝙪𝙚𝙝 (~$0.90) held a thin but chewy texture before paving way for a grainy generous nutty inside.😛
Their 𝙔𝙖𝙢 𝘼𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙪 𝙆𝙪𝙚𝙝 (~$1) was delightful, and thANKFULLY the yam paste wasn’t too sweet. It’s commendable how consistent they were with their yam paste: smooth and not too coarse. 🍠
