As a person who really likes citrus flavoured food, I personally quite like this tart. My only problem is that the lemon flavour is a little too much, however the cream on the top helps to balance out the overpowering citrus taste. The tart is beautifully crafted and not too hard at the perimeter, thus I’m able to cut through the tart easily. When eating this, you should make sure your slice has the equal amount of the lemon on the inside, the tart, and the cream on top in order to get the best taste. Overall 3.8/5! 👍🏻
