Disappointed that we didn’t leave as impressed as we did on our first visit - the memorable flavourful shoyu broth was more watered down this round, the slices of pork were fatty and not as tender and we missed the oozy ramen egg we had. Noodles seemed to be given in a larger portion now and were al dente, but they didn’t seem to ‘carry’ the broth with it well enough. Noticed that their menu expanded quite a bit and hopefully the drop in standard is a one time off and isn’t because of that!
