Pitan Tofu is one of my favourite dishes at Koh Grill. Chilled tofu with homemade 'pidan' (century egg) paste and tobiko (flying fish roe). I love pidan so I may be biased here but the homemade paste went so well with the silky soft tofu. The tobiko gave the dish a contrasting bit of crunch. Such a brilliant creation!
