This ball of "moss" from @tigerlilypatisserie might not seem like much at first - especially compared to the gorgeous Beehive. Well, it got me fooled at first and I was surprised to find that it ended up being my favourite dessert of the bunch from Tigerlily.

Consisting of housemade pistachio praline, pistachio frangipane and pistachio whipped ganache, the sweet and salty balance was perfect in every way with a mix of buttery smooth and a hint of crunch for textures. Pistachios are one of my favourite nuts as well, hence this was a definite winner in my book. Move aside Beehive, this moss ball is the one for me.
