Despite being known for their mee siam, my favourite was actually the 𝗟𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗲 ($𝟯)! This came with the most ingredients among the 3 dishes that we tried (mee siam, laksa and lor mee). This has a good amount of braised pork belly slices, ngoh hiang, egg and fishcake. Would prefer a slightly thicker consistency in the gravy but a good bowl of lor mee nonetheless!

As for the 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝘀𝗮 ($𝟯), it was complete with hum (cockles), taupok and beansprouts, the laksa has a prominent coconut fragrance. I'm used to thicker broths so this was a little mild for me but I appreciated the addition of minced dried shrimp (hae bee) 🍜
