Really enjoyed this dessert despite the initial skepticism. The trick to eat this is to dig right in and get every component in every bite, the crumbs, the cream, the truffle paste, the honeycomb, the fruits. Very rich dessert with strong punchy flavors. Particularly enjoyed the delicate balance of the truffle and the creamy Gorgonzola. Really left an impression and made a statement, I’ll definitely order this again!
