*Invited tasting*

I’m not usually a cheesecake person, but this was good! Creamy but not too heavy, we liked the flavour too. Would be better if the cookie crust was crunchy! The homemade fior di latte ice cream was light, but not too strongly milky. The ice cream wasn’t v creamy, which worked well as the cheesecake provides the creaminess, but on it’s own it could be creamier, this was so light it almost tasted like a sorbet.
