Choose between Yam Fish/ Tomyum Clear/ Tomyum Red for the soup base.

The Tomyum red base we had in the porridge hotpot was very appetizing! Despite its colour, the broth had a nice balance of sweet and tangy with just a little heat. An impressive visual with Flower Crab (or soft-shell crab), Squid, Prawn, Red Grouper Fillet, Mussels, Flower Clam, Raw Egg and Yam (+$16 for lobster)!

Loved that the grains in the porridge don’t turn soggy fast but do try to remove the squid and prawns once it’s done to avoid overcooking them.
