London Fat Duck has been on my to-try list ever since they first opened in Singapore, and I finally paid them a visit for dinner last night! 😅

Their signature London Roast Duck is definitely a must order! It’s so deliciously unctuous, and just look at that glistening skin! 😍 We also tried other dishes like Salted Egg Corn & Prawn (this is rich and pretty addictive!), Mapo Tofu (fragrant and mildly spicy, and it goes so well with rice!), Signature Black Pepper Duck Bun (not bad, the bun had a nice texture with peppery notes, while the tender duck filling had a nice sweet flavour!) and Crispy London Duck Snow Bun (we felt this was pretty average compared to the Black Pepper Duck Bun.).
