Not sure about my preference between the Yangnyum chicken (spicy sauce with a tinge of sweet) and the Ganjang (savoury soy with a lilting sweet touch), because these were each yums in their own ways. Not forgetting the fun spam rice ball making - squishing the aromatic sesame oil-doused rice and pressing these into delish rounds of spam, diced carrot, spring onion, and coat with seaweed.
