Put simply, it tastes like a dish you’d find at Burnt Ends put between two slices of amazing rye bread and served at the most awesome sandwich shop - Park Bench Deli. The beef was tender and full of flavor, so much luxury in the marrow, and the cheddar and horse radish helped cut the richness of the sandwich.
I have been eating at @parkbenchdeli since they first popped up at SAVOUR many years ago with their PBJ and followed them to most places and it has and will continue to be one the places I find comfort in when I need freaking awesome sandwiches that will not fail me.
Grab your Beef and Marrow at PBD now till the end of December. Go early because there are only 25 portions/day and it was sold out by 12ish in the afternoon today.
