My ultimate go-to dry ramen place!! It’s the upgraded version of a Chinese zhajiangmian, with super QQ/chewy thick al dente noodles (& the noodle upsize is free!!) topped with heaps of minced meat, fresh chives and seaweed. And all these goodness is coated with a generous amount of heavenly sauce AND a perfect onsen egg. Everything is already so well done individually, and reaches absolute perfection as a whole. Don’t forget to try mixing in some vinegar and chili oil to play with the flavours! Absolutely worth and defo a must try!!
