Well, at least the organic veg like lettuce, baby sweet potato leaves, enoki mushrooms, baby corn, black fungus, deep fried tofu, sunflower sprout, watermelon radish and meat like tori tsukune, prawn and thick mochi-mochi noodle made the Hotpot tasty πThe first taste of the soup in a tiny cup was rich, refreshing & soothing. However, I wouldn't say it was incredibly umami πMaybe my expectation was too high π

Thanks to our dinner kaki who is a regular (no wonder his skin glowing from all the collagen intake) we were treated with complimentary Maximum Fried Potato ($5.50) & Edamame ($5) served in a simple cute way π

And so, my verdict? Nothing super fantastic and I'll give it a miss if there's a long queue
