One of the classic on their menu - chunky thick cut truffle fries with roasted garlic, shaved parmesan and parsley. I personally still prefer shoestring fries for the crunch and amount of flavour they can hold better, but these thick cut ones had a pretty nice fluffy texture inside. The truffle aroma was distinct, but much milder in taste. Portion was filling.
