This wagyu was heavenly! Just the right amount of fattiness and the meat was so chewy and juicy! Had it with and without the sauce and i can say that it is so fresh and tender that it’s best eaten by itself. Very very worth what you pay for (chef Fukashi was also very helpful in sharing about the different grades and types of steak available and which would best suit your palette!).
