Enjoyed the harmonious blend of the lightly savory butter with umami notes from the addition of shio kombu - that’s dehydrated Japanese kelp cured in soy! The versatility of the butter makes it extra fun. Other than having it as a spread with breads and crackers, you can use them for baking and cooking. Sold in individual kombu butter tins or as a bundle with 3 of their soft pita bread ($18).
