I won't say the best meal I've had. But to have lobsters stuffed into toast bread is surely a bucket list for my foodie craving.
So I chewed in for this experience despite rocking up on a Saturday evening without prior reservation.
The toast was good. Crispy and fresh. The lobster chunks was generous in a way.
But the fries failed me. It was at best, ordinary.
Trouble is, when you're in it for an extraordinary lobster sandwich, and you pay extra for fries and salad, you'd expect more to be done in the fries department.

Ok the meal was not bad, but the service was cold. For an outlet in posh Raffles Hotel, you'd expect more.
Definitely didn't live up to expectations. But at least the lobster in a bread experience is now crossed off the list.
Probably no need to revisit.
