If char siew is the star of Fook Kin then the mee pok is the Super star! This bowl of noodles is not overly nor under cooked. Hence the texture is just right to bite. It was covered fully with lard oil and the smell just hit your nostrils when you bring it up to your mouth. Ask for the chilli sauce to add in and your on your way to noodles heaven. Yummy!
