Well cooked, the texture was great and esp when it goes w the cucumber. Sauce had some sourness and was very salty unfortunately, but not in an upfront way(you kind of notice there's this sharpness to it, it takes a while to figure out it's saltiness)

Overall still really good and worth a try but ask for it to be less salty
