This was THE show stopping sourdough pizza- while I am hardly a fan of sourdough, I found myself stomaching even the crust of the star above. Reason: the amazing, mysterious way the pizza dough was mixed, stretched and baked to achieve a pizza base that your palate will beg for more.
Being obsessed with cheese, I was elated upon reading of the above option and found it wise to pair cheese with sourdough.
The pizzas here have been on my mind ever since my initial visit .... now I just have to sell the idea/convince family and friends for my definite return visit.
