While you can't escape from hearty meats in a German restaurant (typical Bavarian), the chef introduced a lighter touch with dishes such as this Pan Seared Barramundi ($32), which featured locally-sourced fish that was incredibly fresh, evident in the plump, firm meat, with a beautifully crisp skin.
