Riding on the cheese tea trend, pablo developed their own variation of the cream cheese foam. They offer drinks with the foam such as matcha latte and earl grey. I got a cup of oolong tea to go with the cheese foam. The cream cheese foam is very dense and viscous- took a while to mix with the tea. The resultant flavour was a milky, salty and sweet liquid with the bitter and astringent notes from the oolong tea.
