Went to Mother Dough specifically for their sweet danishes but savoury bakes still have my heart!

Studded with a crunchy assortment of seeds, the Beef Pastrami ($6.30) croissant was a solid 10. So incredibly savoury, the saltish flavour of the pastrami and cheddar cheese made the pastry very moreish. The seeds were also uber fragrant after a quick pop in the airfryer and they added a toasty aroma to the buttery flaky exterior. The beef slice itself was pretty tasty (nicely seasoned) too and fairly tender.
