I've always been a fan of Edith Patisserie and they're one of my go-to places for cakes the past few years! I really enjoyed this lychee cheese cake which features layers of moist sponge, lychee bits and rose buttercream 😍 The cake is really pretty and we enjoyed how it had a good balance of the lychee and rose flavours too!
