Love the crust! The buttery crusty exterior is very solid and thick and has a crumbly bite to it๐ The crust was very sturdy and it doesnโt fall apart!
First time trying a beancurd tart! Itโs a refreshing change from the usual egg tarts. The beancurd filling was sooo soft, silky and smooth! Itโs not sweet at all! However, I feel that the beancurd/soya flavor could be stronger!
Le Cafeโs Beancurd Tart feels like a healthier choice (but yet equally tasty) compared to the normal egg tarts! This is indeed a delectable treat thatโs suitable for all ages.
Remember - best is serve chilled!
