I was told they used plump and juicy tomatoes to provide that rich and hearty infusion with Nagi’s tonkotsu pork-broth. It was then topped with succulent chashu, grilled cherry tomatoes, and a ball of seasoned minced pork. You can choose to eat the minced pork on its own, or mix it into the soup.
