The ice cream had a rich cocoa flavour that came with a thick, slightly powdery and grainy lingering mouthfeel which I didn't quite fancy. Would have preferred a smoother texture and a greater intensity of bittersweet flavour profile (being a fan of dark chocolate). The characteristic bitter undertone of a dark chocolate was unfortunately lacking here 😢. In fact I preferred their signature chocolate sorbet. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the combination of the different chocolatey and nutty elements that brought out a pleasant crunch factor. By default it was served with mixed nuts clusters which I had asked for to be omitted due to personal preference. The base of chocolate jelly was soft and curd-like that had a luscious chocolatey and milky sweetness. Topped with raspberry coulis which added a tangy note and a subtle acidity to cut through the other richer elements, there was also chocolate chip cookie crumbles embedded within the jelly, crisp with a chunky factor. My favourite element here - torn between the white fudge and chocolate coated almond flake, being a usual fan of the latter. The white fudge was surprisingly good, though I am not a fan of pistachio and dried cranberries in the first place, this had a fudgy texture with a pleasant tinge of luscious, milky sweetness profile. The brownies (Pale Eddy 70%) was also fudgy and sufficiently moist, unlike their usual vegan brownies that were a tad drier. If you have a sweet tooth and fancy chocolatey desserts, this parfait is suited just for u! 🍫
