Happened to pass by Old Airport Road Hawker Centre on a Friday morning and decided to try Xin Mei Xiang Lor Mee. 新美香卤面 is a lor mee stall listed in the michelin guide. It is one of the best non-fried crispy fish lor mee that I have tried. I particularly liked the lor mee’s gravy, I guess they have their own secret recipe for the gravy that makes the lor mee tasty. Also, the stall is generous with the amount of shredded fish and braised pork given in each bowl of lor mee ($4). I guess i was lucky as I only have to queue around 20 minutes to get the lor mee. I will certainly revisit the stall again when I have lor mee craving again.
