The chewy mung bean noodle is one of my favourites, so this is another dish I usually get here. They do a hot version with pork strips, while this one is more of a chilled salad kind of starter. It’s a tad bit more on the saltier end but very appetising, with a good crunch from the mix of cucumber, carrots.
