Tried my first slice of cheese tart from @pablo_cheese_tart today and I gotta say, it was so good?? I loved the gooey cheese because I didn’t have to put in any effort in chewing it and the glaze on top gave it a nice sourish taste to balance everything. Plus, I loved the flaky pie crust thingy going on instead of the buttery kind of crust 😍 Unfortunately, super not pocket friendly - it’s $5.50 for a slice smaller than my hands.
