Extensive menu here at Go Noodle House, we ended up taking quite a while to decide what to get! Couldn’t miss the bursting pork meatballs since it’s their signature. We got it in their classic superior soup and topped up $3.50 for the homemade fish paste. Liked how customisable the menu is - noodles are a choice between mi xian and beehoon, while the broth is between superior soup and homemade spicy soup. Pick a main topping and you can further add on up to 3 more if you’d like.

The superior fish bone broth is served with a small cup of Chinese wine. We tasted the original before adding it in and we liked how it elevated the clear, comforting broth. Though the meatballs weren’t exactly ‘bursting’, they were filled with juicy and well-seasoned minced pork. Fish paste were the soft sort without any fishiness.
