Being a local company, Furama Singapore believes that it is important to support and collaborate with the local farm community to bring a twist on their local dishes during this 54th National Day.
From now to 31 August, The Square @ Furama (Furama RiverFront) and Tiffany Café & Restaurant (Furama City Centre) will be transforming raw produce to an array of delectable on their buffet table. To complete the farm-to-table experience, their local partners will also be having pop-up stores at The Square@ Furama and Tiffany Cafe & Restaurant every weekend till end August, for you to understand more about the local farm scene.

Chic-Kut-Teh Noodles with Charcoal & Whole Grain You Tiao;
Presenting their interpretation of local’s favourite Bak Kut Teh, they have replaced pork rib with chicken meat. Prepared daily for hours using Head Chef Cho’s secret recipe of fragrant herbs and spices, this clear and moderately peppery broth is paired with the springy Mee Sua from @handpicked.sg to give you the bowl of comfort that your body constantly crave for.
Baked Barramundi with Sambal Chilli; Fresh & Massive 4 to 5kg Barramundi from @kuhlbarra caught off the waters of
Singapore. Baked for 45 minutes and marinated with tangy and spicy homemade Sambal Chilli, the fresh fish has a sweet and clean tasting undertone to it, the firm white flesh makes it juicy and succulent, leaving you to yearn for more.
