The ebiko prawn paste ball is very bouncy and springy with an extra crunchy texture from the prawn roe. The noodles are cooked al-dente with a firm texture and good bite. Other than that, I felt the taste and smell of mushroom overpower the herbal soup that was not distinct enough.
