Noma pastry chef @obamatin churned out eclairs to pair with the burgers as part of a set. This popcorn eclair packed plenty of popcorn fragrance and was delightful to munch on with its soft doughiness complemented by the nice glaze. Sadly, the popcorn adorning the eclair was a bit soggy so they didn't provide that textural zing I expected.

Even more unfortunately, there was a goat's milk dulce de leche version that was sold out when I arrived. I can only imagine how good that must be since this popcorn version was already really good.
