Located next to Maxwell Food Center at Scarlet Hotel, a standout dish is definitely their Tajarin ($40), a signature thin egg pasta.

Swimming in an earthy mushroom sauce, it comes with black truffles generously shaved all over. There was none of that hard hitting truffle oil but it was simplistic in delivery yet so complex in flavour with tastes being fully encompassing yet very very subtle.
