Another popular fish soup stall in Amoy! The soup is slightly more salty than hankee’s. Also, their fish slices fall slightly short, as hankee’s fish slices have a nice natural sweetness. The ginger here is really nice tho, they mix it with a fermented bean sauce.

This was a good, but it is slightly pricier at $7.50 and personally, I felt that it wasn’t as impressive as hankee’s. I do have a lighter palate tho, so if you prefer heavier / stronger tastes you might like piaoji better :)
