Rum Tiramisu ($18.90/box)

🍴Enjoyed this #tiramisu that was a delicious and well-balanced mix of cream, sponge, rum, and cocoa powder. We liked that it was just the right level of sweetness, balanced out by nice bitterness from the strong coffee, and vanilla-woodiness of the rum. Texture-wise, some of us found the cream to be a tad thick, and would have liked if it were less dense and creamier (note the more orange-y colour is from the use of Japanese pasteurized eggs) while others enjoyed the thickness. One feedback was that the sides had more cream, less rum ratio while the middle section had stronger rum but a wetter, moist sponge, and it would be more enjoyable had it been more evenly distributed. We would recommend eating this chilled as we found it even nicer when colder (placed in the freezer section for a few minutes 😅). It’s quite a good portion at 11x11x6cm, good for sharing among 2-4pax.
P.s. This tastes better than it looks; tried my best but taking photos of tiramisu is surprisingly difficult 😂
