Came with 4 choices of soup bases
1. 🐮清汤牛尾 Signature Oxtail Soup
2. 🍄菌菇清汤 Mushroom Soup
3. 🍅番茄汤底 Tomato Soup
4. 🌶️麻辣锅底 Mala Spicy Soup

Overall felt that the serving was on the small side, more suitable for 2 pax than the recommended 4 pax. Was recommended 沙茶酱Shacha sauce (commonly used in Taiwanese cuisine, made of soybean oil, garlic, shallot, chilli, brill and dried shrimp) as dipping sauce. Out of the 4 Soup bases, I preferred the mushroom soup which had a slightly earthy taste.
